Minimum order quantities vary by product. Most items start from as low as 1 unit. Some promotional items and custom-made products may require higher minimums. Please contact us for specific product MOQ information.
Standard lead time is 10–15 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders may be possible — please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Yes, pre-production samples are available for most products. Sample fees and lead times vary. Please note that samples with custom branding may incur a setup fee. Contact us to request a sample before committing to a full order.

Yes! Custom branding is our speciality. We offer a range of branding methods including screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, pad printing, digital printing, debossing and heat transfer — depending on the product and your requirements.
We prefer vector files in editable PDF format with fonts converted to curves.
We do our best to match Pantone colours for screen printing and embroidery. Please supply your Pantone reference numbers when submitting your order. Colour matching on digital prints is done to the closest achievable standard.
A digital proof (mock-up) is provided for all branded orders before production begins. Production only starts after you have approved the artwork proof in writing. Changes after approval may delay your order or incur additional charges.
We deliver nationwide across South Africa at competitive courier rates determined by the weight and dimensions of the carton(s). Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Unfortunately, this is not a service that we offer.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight and dimensions as well as your delivery address.
Non-branded items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at patrick@megaad.co.za to initiate a return. Custom-branded items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a faulty or incorrectly branded item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
